1. The Regulations define the rules for ordering and selling goods via the website www.mfire-market.eu.
2. Placing an order is considered acceptance of the provisions of this Regulation.

If there is no possibility of verifying the customer's age when purchasing online, the customer undertakes to verify his age when handing over the goods.
4. The contract for the sale of goods is concluded in accordance with Polish law and in the Polish language.
ORDER AND ORDER PROCESSING
1. To process an order, complete and correct personal information is required, in particular:
• complete and correct delivery address,
• correct contact number (if necessary),
• correct and valid email address.
We assume no responsibility for incorrect transmission of information and any problems that may arise due to errors in the customer data.
3. We reserve the right to check the order and cancel it if there are doubts about its accuracy.
4. The customer will be notified by email about placing an order. All information about the status of the order, its execution time and the contact number of the courier service will be sent to the customer.
Orders can be placed on our website 24 hours a day, all year round. Orders that are in high season may require a waiting time of up to 2 weeks.
6. The production time applies from receipt of payment and depends on the selected items.
7. Once the order is ready and has left the factory, our obligation to do so ends.
As a customer, you know exactly what the legal situation is in your country. When you place your order, you do so at your own risk.

Complaints and returns
1. Return of goods
Due to safety regulations, we do not accept returns under any circumstances!
If there is something wrong with the goods received, please contact support - a solution will be sought!
2. Complaints. If the delivered goods have manufacturing defects, the customer has the right to receive this product with the defect corrected or as a replacement for a new defect-free copy. In this case, please contact us by email.
2 (a). If the same product is no longer available for the case referred to in point 2, we reserve the right to use a comparable product in this case.

All our pyrotechnic products have explosive class 1.4G and 1.3G (no permit required). Trade in these products is permitted throughout the European Union and in all other countries that accept the requirements of the European Union.
